Bathroom Styling

Bathrooms often get missed in the styling stakes, even though it’s one of the most used spaces in our home!

Styling your bathroom doesn’t have to cost  THE EARTH, we usually start and end our days  in the bathroom... so let’s make it beautiful

Some simple ideas:

OVERSIZED BATH MAT

It’s a simple thing but something that will give you maximum impact. Adding a bath mat will instantly warm up the space and make it feel more inviting. It’s also a great way to add in a pop of colour!

CREATE an arrangement on your vanity

I always recommend starting with a  tray styled with a candle, a beautiful vessel and perhaps a lovely wooden brush or soap depending on your tile and hardware selections you could chose a marble tray, or a coastal round rattan, brass or black! Top tip - Odd numbers of items at different heights creates interest

GREENERY

Adding in greenery to your bathroom is always a good idea. Whether it’s real or faux , potted or on a stand. Hanging plants is a great way to add in a feature with height also gives a sense of zen like retreat style. For your more classic aesthetics - Hampton’s for example I suggest  florals instead.

Try keep your vanity and shower niches free from products and clutter, try transferring shampoo and conditioner  into non-branded, neutral bottles.
